Transfer of properties from Sayyid Mahmud to Bibi Ruqiyah
A note indicating that the writer [probably Sayyid Mahmud Musavi Ruknabadi] has given his wife, Bibi Ruqiyah, all his household furnishings. He writes that the two carpets that he has brought from Mecca for his wife as souvenirs belong to her, as do all the stable's animals, the trees of Sarshah, the trees behind Sayyid ʻAlaʼ al-Din Musavi's garden, the pistachio trees, and every tree that belongs to the writer.

Marriage contract between Khvurshid Khanum, the daughter of Habib Allah, and Asad Allah, the son of Aqa Jaʻfar, dated December 18, 1876. Marriage contract between Shahrbanu, the daughter of Aqa Ismaʻil, and Mirza Husayn, the son of Haj Sadiq, dated May 8, 1833. The mahr includes 30 tumans cash, a room's carpets, including rugs and felt rugs worth 34 tumans, a qalamkar bed covering worth 4 tumans, and parts of some properties. A marriage contract between Maryam Khanum (Junjun Khanum), the daughter of Haj Muhammad Shafiʻ, and Muhammad Ismaʻil, the son of Haj Muhammad Baqir on 8 May 1865. The mahr is 70 tumans (equal to 40 misqal gold), carpets and rugs for a room, part of a mansion, a garden, a qalamkar bed covering of 7 tuman. On the verso, there are two notes. The first one dates a settlement between the wife and husband on 8 May 1877 and states that since the husband has sold three of the properties in the mahr, he transfers the ownership of three other properties to his wife. Marriage contract between Bibi Baygum Khanum, the daughter of Sayyid Riza, and Haji Baba, the son of Abu al-Hadi Nasr Abadi, dated October 25, 1897. The mahr is a mirror, 10 tumans for the price of a chest, some copperware, a carpet, some clothing, one sixth of a house, and an orchard. The bridegroom's father gave the mahr (short five tumans) to the bride.
